To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Credits and Payment

Credits: Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each HS code classification consumes one credit.

• Credits never expire
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the accuracy of our classifications. To request a refund, contact us at HSCodeGenie@gmail.com with:

• Your account email
• Purchase date and amount
• Reason for dissatisfaction

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated bots or scrapers
• Abuse the free trial system
• Resell or redistribute our classifications without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of HS code classifications
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That classifications will meet all regulatory requirements
• Compliance with specific customs authorities

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL CLASSIFICATIONS WITH APPROPRIATE CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HS CODE GENIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Customs delays, fines, or penalties resulting from incorrect classifications
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
